Daryas Miller-Powell (General Partner/Managing Member)

Daryas Miller-Powell is a New Jersey native and obtains a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing with course work towards a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the University of Virginia. For the past 13 years he has been the owner/operator of several real estate investment corporations which specializes in commercial and residential acquisitions. He has extensive experience in residential rehabilitation management, commercial/residential property development and M&A transactions. Daryas also has extensive training in Fund Management, Business valuation and is currently certified as a Private Equity Professional. Daryas has acquired several multi-million-dollar HVAC & Plumbing Corporations, Excavation Site Development Firms and Commercial Landscaping Firm alongside of the eastern seaborne of the United States. Daryas Miller-Powell is continuing to build and further establish Liberty Equity Investments.

Saiday Mulbah Jr. (Co-General Partner/Managing Advisor)

Saiday Abraham Mulbah Jr. is a pioneering leader in virtual business innovation, revolutionizing remote operations and business strategies. Saiday he has spent the past five years redefining business processes, financial management, and recruitment. Additionally, as General Partner and Advisory Board Member at Liberty Equity Investments, Saiday collaborates with managing partners to shape the firm’s investment strategies, providing expert guidance on recruiting, outsourcing, and technology operations to enhance portfolio performance. With 16 years of experience in outsourcing, staffing, and recruiting, Saiday has successfully scaled portfolio companies to $5 million in revenue and driven impactful recruitment efforts for major clients like Allied Global Services, Spencer Reed Group, and Aerotek.

Jim O’Leary (Investment Strategy Advisor)

COO 20 years of professional experience as an Executive Operations Leader, Jim has a background in organizational project management, M&A transactions and utilizing a customer success approach to build global partnerships with Fortune 500 organizations. Jim has leveraged expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and data-driven decision making. Grew a corporate wellness company Exos from 20-200 Million in 4 years oversaw 450 locations in 20 countries remotely.

Tom Laplante (Managing Advisor)

Grew Top Golf from 30-400 Million in 4 years. Technology business driver able to leverage data to identify market opportunities, build expert teams and develop innovative systems to capture growth and scale the enterprise to exceed aggressive revenue targets. Tom’s strengths are in strategic planning and execution, digital transformations, business technology management, IT alignment, BPO and offshoring both IT and business functions, implementing cloud solutions and enabling mobile enterprise solutions. Passion is big data analytics and especially predictive analytics to enable businesses to better serve customers and identify specific areas of operational improvements that increase profitability.
